The Rinehart Reunion was established in 1907 to honor the descendants of Conrad and Eva Rinehart and was held at a variety of places for the first 82 years when it was moved from Prospect park in Mansfield, Ohio to Dogwood Valley campgrounds. It was suggested that families who traveled could meet at Dogwood Valley and engage in family activities, and otherwise, spend additional time together. Waynes daughter Corolla was a major influence with getting the Reunion dinner turned into a weekend event at Dogwood Valley Campground.
For over 15 years, we've been trying to figure out how to make the weekend last longer. Looking forward to the annual dinner pot luck home cookin' feast with the official minutes reading and annual meeting with those that may only be able to on Sunday at 1pm.
